Quick and easy buttercream frosting without blender or any fancy ingredient
Yesterday I made this cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. Actually I was not planning to make buttercream decoration. Because last time when I tried buttercream frosting, I was a failed experiment. Frosting was like very sugary, sweet and desnse. I know it was my mistake. So I was bit skeptical this time. But I didn't find any suitable substitute for cake frosting. I don't have a blender or whipped cream. So I again followed the last year recipe and it turned out just perfect this time 😍 I think I should share what I learned, so you too can make a beautiful cake. Original recipe asks you to use a blender but worked fine without it too. I have modified the original recipe. It uses icing sugar, which is not easily available in our kitchen.
